High viscosity index gives improved sealing at high discharge temperatures whilst still permitting operation at low ambient temperatures
Excellent water separation characteristics allow condensation to readily separate from the oil, minimising the risk of emulsions which could block the oil separator element

The Castrol Aircol SR compressor oil range of premium lubricants are designed for use in rotary screw compressors and are based on polyalphaolefin (PAO) fluids

Care and Handling

Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Wash thoroughly after handling.

Packaging and Storage

All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and the obliteration of drum markings. Products should not be stored above 600C, exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
